We know returns do happen. we accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within seven (7) days of your items being delivered. Feel free to try out your purchase on in the comfort of your home and if you are unsatisfied within this time frame you may return for a full refund or request an exchange.

Returns

Items must be returned in original condition (new, unused, unwashed and unaltered) with the tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returns. Where an exchange is requested, we will cover the cost of resending you your items.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 working days and monies credited to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if items are determined to have been worn, altered or damaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to generate an exchange request and also to ascertain that your exchange choice is still in stock.

We can only offer an exchange the same item originally purchased in a different size or colour and of the same value.

If we do have this item(s) in stock, we will reserve for you until we receive your items within seven (7) days of generating an exchange request.

Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed will be processed and sent out to you Free of Charge using Standard Shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if items are determined to have been worn, altered or damaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you.
